I have never seen a chart that didn’t have that possibility. But of course, there are some tell-tale signs that make it more likely. Those would be:

Stellum (where three or more planets and/or other important points are placed within four degrees).

Conjunctions (like a Stellum but only involves two planets or important points).

Being born on the cusp of a sign.

Having a planet right above the Ascendant.

Having more than one planet in the First House.

Having something in conjunction with Medium Coeli.

Having many planets in “strong” positions (for instance, Venus is strong in Libra, Saturn is strong in Aquarius, and so on).

Some conjunctions reveal likely success, for instance the conjunction Mercury-Venus is called “writer’s aspect” for a very good reason. Mercury-Uranus is very often found in successful reporters and journalists. And Moon-Jupiter is common among painters.
